ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Age limit for admission: A candidate for admission to R-ANM Program, should complete 17years of age and should not exceed 35 years of age on or before 31st December 2021.
• Educational Qualifications: Should pass 12thwith English as medium of instructions in Science, Arts, Commerce, Health Care Science recognized by CBSE/ ICSE / HSSCE or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate.
• Medically fit - should possess good physical and mental health to undergo this program.
• Sex: Female
• Knowledge of Konkani / Marathi is desirable.

RULES FOR ADMISSION:

1. Candidates seeking admission for this program should fill and submit the application form attached to this Prospectus.
2. Selection of the candidate will be done purely on merit.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Applications should be accompanied with Self Attested photocopies of each of the following documents.

1. Certificate of Birth from the Registrar.
2. Certificate of passing and statement of marks of 12th Std. examination.
3. School Leaving Certificate and certificate stating Medium of instruction.
4. Medical fitness certificate from Authorized Medical Practitioner.
5. Certificate of Residence from the Mamlatdar of the concerned Taluka indicating period of continuous residence minimum last 10 years in Goa, proceeding the last date for the receipt of application.
6. In case of the applicant belong to Schedule Caste /Schedule Tribe/Other Backward community of the State of Goa Certificate from Deputy Collector concerned to that effect.
7. In case the applicant belongs to EWS of the state Goa, income and assets certificate from Mamlatdar of concerned taluka to that effect.
8. In case of physically handicapped candidates a certificate from the constituted Medical Board of GMC Hospital Bambolim, Hospicio Hospital Margao & North Goa District (Asilo) Hospital Mapusa, regarding the nature and the extent to which the candidate is fit for pursuing the diploma (extend of disabilities should be 40% and above).
